The petitioner is a resident of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, <br /> residing at 169 Gifford Street, in the Town of Falmouth, <br /> 2. That the respondent, Clara L. Keliinut, resides at Main Street, <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts, and is the Chairman of the Board of Appeals <br /> of the Town of Mashpee. <br /> That the respondent, Kevin D. O'Connell, resides at Red Brick <br /> Road, Maahpee, Massachusetts, and is a member of the Board of <br /> Appeals of the Town of Mashpee. <br /> That the respondent, Frank E. Hicks, resides at Hamblin Street, <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts, and is a member of the Board of Appeals of <br /> the Town of Mashpee. <br /> 3. That the petitioner is the owner of approximately 20 acres of land <br /> located at the northerly end of John's Pond and the southwesterly <br /> side of Moody Pond in the Town of Mashpee. <br /> 4.
