John Umina .......-'--------------------•-------------•----....._...-•----.............................._...._......----....-----................_.........._._.._..._........•• On May 15 a Public Hearing was held at 8:pm in the Mashpee Town Hall on the petition of John Umina for a Special Permit to construct 121 Condominium units on 24.24 acres of land described in Book 111591, page 192 and Book 111483, page 796 at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds. The Board of Appeals finds that the petitioner has met or exceeded all of -the requirements set forth in Section 9 of the Zoning By-Laws of the Town of 'Mashpee dated August 4, 1971, and herewith issues a Special Permit with the following conditions: 1. The 121 Units shall be constructed in three phases. Each phase will be a minimum of one year in duration. Phase I and Phase II shall consist of 40 units each, Phase III, for'l-one units. No more than 40 units shall be constructed within a one year period commencing with the issuance of the first building permits, with the exception of Phase III which shall have forty-one units. 2. All recreational facilities as per plan: swimming pool, tennis courts and club house, shall be constructed with the first phase (first year) . No additional building permits will be issued unless these facilities are completed during Phase I. 3. A paved 40 foot roadway shall be constructed between Route 28 and the Cotuit Corners subdivision, west of Strawberry Lane, as per agreement with the Mashpee Planning Board at the time of the acceptance of the Cotuit Corners development.
