TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> Re : Application for Variance submitted by Mrs . Elizabeth R. <br /> s Hurton , 11 Crescent Street , Wakefield , Massachusetts 01880. <br /> DECISION <br /> t <br /> Y9 A petition was duly filed by the Petitioner for a Variance <br /> of zoning by-law as pertains to Section 7. 1 , Land Space <br /> Requirements for property located on Bayview Road , Seconsett <br /> Island , Mashpee , Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters and owners of land next <br /> adjoining the land of abutters. Notice was also given by publi- <br /> cation in the Falmouth Enterprise , a newspaper of general <br /> circulation in the Town of Mashpee. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall on Wednesday , September 21 , 1977 at 1 : 30 p.m. , at <br /> which time the following members of the Board of appeals were <br /> present and acting throughout : Clara L. Keliinui , Chairman ; <br /> Peter C. Mdse ,_ Alternate ; and Michael Makunas , Vice Chairman. <br /> The petitioner owns two adjoining lots , each being 50 ' X <br /> 2411 , more or less . The Petitioner requested that the line <br /> dividing the two lots be removed and a new line drawn which <br /> 1 <br /> would make each lot 100 , x 1201 , more or less. The lots created <br /> by the line change would be undersized. <br />
