Tucchio , <br /> Box 215 , RD 1 , Mystic , Connecticut. <br /> DECISION <br /> A petition was duly filed by the petitioner for a Variance <br /> of zoning by-law as pertains to Section 7 , Land Space Require- <br /> ments for the property at Lot #17 , Uncle Percy ' s Road , <br /> Popponesset Beach, Mashpee , Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters and owners of land next <br /> adjoining the land of abutters. Notice was also given by publi- <br /> cation in the Falmouth Enterprise , a newspaper of general <br /> circulation in the Town of Mashpee. <br /> • .y <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall on Wednesday , June 1 , 1977 at 8 :00 p.m. , at which <br /> time the following members of the Board of Appeals were <br /> present : Michael . Makunas , Chairman , Clara L. Keliinui , Vice <br /> Chairman , and Linda Edson Hendricks , Clerk. <br /> The following information was provided by the Petitioner. <br /> 1. The lot has been owned for the past twenty <br /> years by Mrs. Alec Adamowicz , grandmother <br /> of Petitioner . <br /> 2. The lot was originally purchased to be conveyed <br /> to one of her grandchildren. <br /> 3. Mrs. Adamowicz lives in Worcester , Massachusetts , <br /> and was not aware of zoning changes. <br /> 4. In October of 1976 the lot was conveyed to the <br /> Petitioner. <br />
