on outside of building. <br /> After due 'consideration and a view of the premises, the Board <br /> of Appeals cast a unanimous vote to deny petitioner a Special Permit <br /> under Section 6. 3E9 for the following reasons : <br /> 1. The Petitioner's present operation under the Special <br /> Permit issued November 20, 1976 has exceeded the conditions set <br /> forth in that permit in that : <br /> a. Petitioner has been storing, cutting and selling logs <br /> and fireplace wood on the premises which is outside the scope of <br /> the present special permit , <br /> b. Prior to the filing of this petition the jPetitioner <br /> stored and offered for sale bark mulch which is outside the scope <br /> of the present special permit , <br /> C . Much of the material used by the Petitioner in his present <br /> operations is stored outside the building on the premises, <br /> d. The present customer parking area is located in front <br /> of the building. Although it meets minimum space requirements , <br /> it is inadequate and customers are observed backing onto Route <br /> 130 near a curve with poor visibility thereby creating a dangerous <br /> traffic hazard. <br /> 2 . Petitioner was given written notice on March 17, 1977 <br /> to correct the violations mentioned above within 30 days . Corrective <br /> action has not been taken to date and the present operations on the <br /> premises still exceed those allowed under the Special Permit granted <br /> November 20, 1976. <br /> 3. If Petitioner' srpresent request for a Special Permit to <br /> expand the scope of his present business to include the retail sale <br /> of shrubs, bark mulch and other related nursery items was allowed, <br />
