it would compound the present problems in that : <br /> a. Additional items would have to be stored outside as <br /> the present inside storage area is inadequate for the current <br /> business operation. ` <br /> b. The dangerous traffic situation would be increased <br /> due to a presumed greater volume of customers and delivery <br /> trucks. <br /> 4. It is the opinion of the Board that allowing the <br /> Petitioner to expand a business which presently exceeds the <br /> scope of operations authorized by the existing Special Permit <br /> would not be in harmony with the general purpose and intent <br /> of the Zoning By-laws . <br /> 5.
