Peterson Decision Page Two
This plan was presented to the Board of Appeals for considera-
tion of a frontage variance of the combined Lots 28 and 29.
A statement by the Petitioner during the course of the
hearing to the effect that she received only one tax bill
each year rather than six individual tax bills resulted in
an inquiry directed to the Assessors ' Office as to the status
of Petitioner ' s property. Information furnished by the
Assessors ' Office revealed that Petitioner had filed a new
plan in 1973 which eliminated lot lines shown on Land Court
Plan 11408-C , thus `c)reating one undivided piece of property
containing 1.45 acres of land.
DECISION
The Board of Appeals voted unanimously to deny the
petition since no action can be taken by this Board to vary
non-existent lot lines.
BOARD OF APPEALS
0.
R E G F.
