BYRNE, ) <br /> Defendants ) <br /> This is a complaint filed under the provisions of G.L. <br /> Ch. 40A, Sec. 17, wherein the plaintiffs appeal a decision of the <br /> Board of Appeals of the Town of Mashpee, which decision dismissed <br /> an appeal filed with the said board of appeals by the plaintiffs <br /> pursuant to G.L. Ch. 40A, Sec. 8. In pursuance thereof, your <br /> plaintiffs respectfully represent and say as follows: <br /> a <br /> 1. The plaintiffs are Harry Shuman of Elinor' s Cove, <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts; Dorothy •G. Kagan vf. 48 Nottinghill Road, <br /> Brighton, Massachusetts; and Philip R.* Whiie of 25 Walnut Street, <br /> New Providence, New Jersey. <br /> 2. The defendants are Michael Makunas of 51 James Circle, <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts; Peter L. Langler of 357 Surrey Place, New <br /> Seabury, Massachusetts; and Raymond G.
