J <br /> TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> DECISION <br /> Re: Petition of R. L. Hatfield, Trustee of Echo Trust for <br /> a Special Permit <br /> A petition was duly filed by R. L. Ha*field, Trustee of <br /> Echo Trust for a special permit under Sections 6. 3 E-1 and E-9 <br /> of Land Use Regulations for the retail sale and storage of <br /> building supplies and lumber on property located at the corner <br /> of Echo Road and Route- •130 "(Lot 24 on assessors Map 20) Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly ,given to abutters in accordance with Massa- <br /> chusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A as' amended by Chapter 808 of <br /> the Acts of 1975. Notice was given by publication by publishing <br /> in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation <br /> in the Town of Mashpee on August 1 , 1978 and August 8 , 1978, <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall on Wednesday, August 16, 1978 at 8 :00 p.m. at which <br /> time the following members of the Board of Appeals were present <br /> and acting throughout: Michael Makunas, Chairman Pro Tem; <br /> Robert J. Houle, Clerk; and Peter L. Langler , Alternate. <br /> It was found by the Board that the granting of the special <br /> permit would be in harmony with the general purpose and intent <br /> of the Zoning By-Laws. <br />
