Monroe of Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts, for a variance of Land Space Requirements, <br /> Section 7. 1 for permission to erect a garage on property <br /> located at 137 Woodland Avenue, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massa- <br /> chusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A as amended by Chapter 808 of <br /> the Acts of 1975.- Notice was given by publication by publishing <br /> in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation <br /> in the Town of Mashpee on June 30 , 1978 and July 7, 1978 , a <br /> copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A pubiici,hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall on Wednesday, July 19 , 1978: at 7: 30 p.m. at which <br /> time the following members of the Board of Appeals were present <br /> and acting throughout: Michael Makunas, Chairman Pro Tem.; <br /> Robert J. Houle, Clerk; and Raymond G. Sweeney, Alternate. <br /> The Board found that the petitioner failed to establish <br /> to the satisfaction of the Board a hardship unique to the par- <br /> ticular property. <br />
