Grounds of appeal and reasons for variance: <br /> A. The Building Inspector, in deciding <br /> that a septic system was a structure <br /> within the meaning of G.L. c. 40A and <br /> s. 2.28 of the zoning by-law, acted <br /> erroneously. A septic system is not <br /> a combination of materials available <br /> at a fixed location to give support <br /> or shelter. <br /> B. The Building .Inspector, in deciding <br /> that a septic system cannot be built <br /> on Lot No. 457, acted erroneously. <br /> The effect , if any, of a deed restric- <br /> tion is of no concern to the Building <br /> Inspector. <br /> C. The Building Inspector, in deciding <br /> (if he did) that the easterly yard <br /> depth was insufficient, acted <br /> erroneously.
