Edmond) <br /> Case #V-81-4-009 <br /> A petition was filed by FTC Associates (Charles E. <br /> and Susan D. Edmond) of Farmington, Connecticut, for a Variance . � . <br /> L - <br /> under Section 7.4 of the Land Space Requirements, for permission <br /> to vary the minimum set back requirements on property located <br /> on Lot 24 (Map 123-90) Monahansett Road, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A. Notice was also given <br /> by publishing in the-Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general <br /> circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on March 17, 1981, and March <br /> 24, 1981, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall on Wednesday, April 1, 1981, at 8100 p.m. at which time <br /> 'the following member of the Board of Appeals were present and acting <br /> throughoutt Robert J. Houle, ,Michael Makunas, Peter Lawrence. <br /> Mr. Charles Edmond explained his proposed plans to the <br /> Board to construct a two-story cape style house with a deck. The <br /> Petitioner explained that the foundation would require a two foot <br /> variance, as proposed to be situated on the property. <br /> The Board established that the deck is to be considered <br /> a structure, and would also require permission to be varied. <br />
