DECISION <br /> Rei Petition of James & Alma Gamble - Case #V-81-1-003 <br /> A petition Has filed by James & Alma Gamble, of Newtown, <br /> Massachusetts, requesting a variance under Section 7.4 0£ the land <br /> Space Requirements, for permission to alter lot lines in order to <br /> create a more desirable lot in relation to the existing buildings <br /> on and abutting the premises, on property located on Uncle Henry's <br /> Road, Popponesset, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with <br /> Massachusetts General laws, Chapter 40A. Notice was also given by <br /> publishing in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general . <br /> circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on January 6, 1981 and,January <br /> 13, 1981, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part .hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall, on Wednesday, January 21, 1981 at 800 p.m; at which time <br /> the following members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting o <br /> throughouti Robert J. Houle, Michael Makunas, Raymond G. Sweeney. <br /> Mr. John Slavinsky, representing the Petitioner, presented <br /> a plan, and indicated the location of the Petitioner's property. .By F <br /> agreement, the Petitioner and immediate abutters settled upon an exchange <br /> of properties, as one of the houses was situated within an inch of the <br /> lot line, a shed was situated on the lot line, and the yards were <br /> Improperly owned. <br />
