Realty 'Dust for a Variance <br /> Case #V-81-4-012 <br /> A petition was filed by J. J. R. Realty Trust, of <br /> Hyannis, Massachusetts for a Variance under Section 7.4 of the <br /> land Space Requirements for permission to vary the minimum side <br /> line requirements on property located on Daniels Island Road, <br /> South Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with <br /> r � <br /> Massachusetts General laws, Chapter 40A. Notice was also given. <br /> by publishing in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general <br /> circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on April 14, 1981 and April <br /> 21, 1981, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall on Wednesday, April 29, 1981 at 8100 p.m. at which time <br /> the following members of the Board of Appeals were present and <br /> acting throughout: Robert J. Houle, Michael Makunas, Raymond G. <br /> Sweeney. <br /> Attorney Richard Dubin made the presentation to the Board, <br /> indicating on plans, the request to vary the side line requirements. <br /> The Board could not find a hardship to the property, and <br /> the Board felt the problem could be resolved if the Buyer.. could <br /> arrange with the Seller to purchase a sufficient amount of property <br /> to rectify the problem to make it conform with the current zoning <br /> By-laws. <br />
