TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> . , TOWN HALL, MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS 02649 <br /> DECISION <br /> RE: Petition of Mr. Kevin Hartigan for a Variance Case #V83-3-010 <br /> I <br /> A Petition was filed by Mr. Hartigan of Weston, Massachusetts <br /> for a Variance to vary the minimum sideline requirement on property <br /> located on Lot 11 , Starboard Drive, Mashpee, Massachusetts;. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Mass- <br /> achusetts General Laws Chapter 40A.. Notice was given by publication <br /> in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation <br /> in the Town of Mashpee on March 1 , & March 8, 1983 a copy of which <br /> is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall on Wednesday, March 16, 1983 , at 7:30 p.m. at which <br /> time the following members of the Board of Appeals were present <br /> and acting throughout: Michael Makunas, Manuel E. Costa Jr. and <br /> Peter Lawrence. <br /> Mr. Will Hanson Builder for Mr. Hartigan explained to the <br /> Board that he would like to construct a deck on the side of the <br /> house but due to the narrow conditions of the lot he wouldneed to <br /> vary the minumum sideline requirement to 5+ . <br />
