Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board voted unan- <br /> imously to grant the request for an extension of two years for <br /> the previously granted Special Permit with the following conditions <br /> to be met. <br /> 1 . The pool must hold at least 44,000 gallons of water. <br /> 2 .
