TOWN OFMASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> TOWN HALL, MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS 02649 <br /> P,98 DECISION <br /> RE: Petition of James & Marian Linwood for a Variance Case #V-83-4-013 <br /> A Petition was filed by Mr. Linwood of Bardonia, New York <br /> for a Variance to vary the minimum front yard set back required <br /> .on property located on Amos Road, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the <br /> Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the <br /> Town of Mashpee on March 22 , 1983 and March 29, 1983 a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall on Wednesday, April 6, 1983 , at 7:30 p.m. at which time <br /> the following members of the Board of Appeals were present and <br /> acting throughout: PrIichael Makunas, Manuel E. Costa Jr. and <br /> Virginia T. Landry. <br /> Mr. Kevin Kirrane representing Mr. & Mrs. Linwood explained <br /> to the Board that the Linwoods would be adding to the trailer <br /> on Amos Road, which would become their permanent residence. In <br /> doing this they would need to vary the front yard set back on <br /> one corner of the lot. <br />
