TOWN HALL, MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS 02649 <br /> PAg DECISION <br /> RE: Petition of James & Marian Linwood for a Special Permit <br /> Case # SP-83-4-012 <br /> A Petition was filed by Mr. Linwood of Bardonia, New York <br /> for a Special Permit to improve and enlarge a pre-existing <br /> non-conforming structure on property located on Amos Road, Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Mass- <br /> achusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication <br /> in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation <br /> in the Town of Mashpee on March 22, 1983 and March 29, 1983 a copy <br /> of which is attached hereto and made apart hereof. <br /> A Public hearing was held . on the petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall on Wednesday, April 6, 1983, at 7:30 p.m. at which time <br /> the following members of the Board of Appeals were present and <br /> acting throughout : Michael Makunas, Manuel E. Costa Jr. and <br /> Virginia T. Landry. <br /> Mr. Kevin Kirrane explained to the Board that Mr. & Mrs. <br /> Linwood planned to make this their permanent residence therefore <br /> would need to enlarge and improve the existing trailer, which is <br /> a pre-existing non-conforming structure. <br />
