TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> TOWN HALL, MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS 02649 <br /> DECISION <br /> RE: Petition of Paul Woods for. a:Special Permit Case #83-4-014 <br /> A Petition was filed by Mr. Woods of Mashpee, Massachusetts <br /> for a Special Permit to operate a mini storage facility and <br /> pool service shop on property located on Lot 2A Mashpee Assessors <br /> Map 88, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Mass- <br /> achusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication <br /> in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in <br /> the Town of Mashpee on April 5, and April 12, 1983 a copy of which <br /> is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town <br /> Hall on Wednesday, April 20; 1983 , at 7:30 p.m. at which time the <br /> following members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting <br /> throughout: Virginia T . Landry, Manuel E. Costa Jr. and Michael <br /> Makunas. <br /> Mr. Benway representing Mr. Woods' explained that they would <br /> I need a Special Permit to operate the above mentioned services, and <br /> that they would not be storing anything outside. <br />
