Box 1108 <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> Re: Quaker Run Village <br /> Dear Members: <br /> At their meeting on June 15, 1983, the Mashpee Planning Board voted in <br /> favor of Quaker Run Village under the following conditions: <br /> 1. That the entire frontage area, beginning at the pavement <br /> and going a depth of 100' , be landscaped with grass or <br /> plantings. Also that they provide the Planning Board <br /> with the landscape renderings prior to the issuance of <br /> a permit. <br /> 2. That the sign for the village consist of a boulder placed <br /> in the entrance island with etchings on it. The:only <br /> exception to this is a temporary sales sign the maximum <br /> size of 4'x8' . <br /> 3. The roads will be constructed in accordance with the Town <br /> of Mashpee Regulations and road plans will be approved <br /> prior to the start of building construction. <br /> 4. That the owners of the property and then the Condominium <br /> Association be entirely responsible for the roads. This <br /> includes all maintenance, plowing, repairs, drainage, etc. <br /> and the Town will in no way be responsible for the roads <br /> within the project. <br /> Very truly yours, <br /> Earle M.
