TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> C TOWN HALL, MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS 02649 <br /> rye <br /> DECISION, <br /> RE: Petition of Puritan Clothing Co. for a Special Permit Case: <br /> #SP-83-6-020 <br /> A Petition was filed by Puritan Clothing Co. of Hyannis, Mass- <br /> achusetts for a Special Permit to operate a Retail Clothing Store <br /> on property located in the New Seabury Shopping Center, Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was. given by publication in the <br /> Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town <br /> of Mashpee on May 17, and May 24, 1983 a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town <br /> Hall on Wednesday, June 1 , 1983, at 7:30 p.m. at which time the <br /> following members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting ;i <br /> throughout:: Virginia T. Landry, Manuel E. Costa Jr. and Michael <br /> Makunas. <br /> A representative for Puritan Clothing explained to the Board <br /> that he planned to operate a Retail store with mainly sportswear, <br /> and the hours of operation would be approximately 9-9 for the <br /> summer and 9-5:30 for the winter, 6 days a week. <br /> q <br />
