TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> s , TOWN HALL, MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS 02649 <br /> DECISION <br /> RE: Petition of Great River Corporation for a Variance Case <br /> #V-83-6-023 <br /> A Petition was filed by the Great River Corporation of <br /> West Newton, Massachusetts for a Variance to vary the minimum <br /> front yard setback required on property located on Lots 93 , 91 <br /> 82 and 85 found on map 26502D, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with <br /> Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by <br /> CJ publication in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general <br /> circulation in the Town of Mashpee on June 14, and June 21 , 1983 <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall on Wednesday, June 29, 1983, at 7:30 p.m. at which <br /> time the following members of the Board of Appeals were present <br /> and acting throughout: Manuel E. Costa Jr. , Virginia T. Landry <br /> and Peter -Lawrence. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board voted to deny <br /> the request for a Variance . <br /> I <br />
