TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> TOWN HALL, MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS 02649 <br /> DECISION <br /> RE: Petition of Margo Wharton d/b/a Telerental for a Special <br /> Permit Case #SP-$3-6-024 <br /> A Petition was filed by Margo Wharton of Mashpee, Mass- <br /> achusetts for a Special Permit for permission to operate <br /> a TV. Video, Movie rental and sales on property located at <br /> Pine Tree Corner, New Seabury Rotary, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with <br /> Massachusetts General Lavas Chapter 40A. Notice was given <br /> by publication in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on June`- 41.4, 1983, <br /> and June 21 , 1983 a copy of which is attached hereto and <br /> made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall on Wednesday, June 29, 1983, at 7:30 p.m. at <br /> which time the following members of the_ Board of Appeals <br /> were present and acting throughout: Peter Lawrence, <br /> Virginia T . Landry and Manuel E. Costa Jr. <br /> Ms . Wharton explained to the Board she is presently <br /> partners with Alan Industries who is also located at the <br /> rotary and feels the need to open her own store for the <br /> rental of TV, video, movies. :. M&.'Whartan3.also stated <br /> that Mr. Mendalson would be willing to give up that portion <br /> of his previously granted special permit. <br />
