Stone for a Variance Case #V-$3-7-026 <br /> A Petition was filed by Mr. Walter E. Stone of Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts for a Variance to vary the minimum sideline <br /> requirement, on property located on 6 Jeep Place, Popponesset, <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with <br /> Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by <br /> publication in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on Julys, and <br /> July 12, 19$3 a copy of which is attached hereto and made a <br /> part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall on Wednesday, July 20, 1983, at 7:30 p.m. at which <br /> time the following members of the Board of Appeals were <br /> present and acting throughout: Michael Makunas, Virginia T. <br /> Landry and Manuel E. Costa Jr. <br /> Mr. Walter Stone explained to the Board he would like <br /> to add a sunporch but due to the topography of the land it <br /> would not be possible to put the addition off the back and <br /> therefor would need to vary the minimum sideline requirement. <br />
