f <br /> TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> a , TOWN HALL, MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS 02649 <br /> DECISION <br /> RE: Petition of P&H Realty Trust for a Special Permit <br /> Case #SP-$3-7-025 <br /> A Petition was filed by P&H Realty Trust, of Mashpee <br /> G <br /> Massachusetts for a Special Permit for permission to re- <br /> move 15,000 to 20,000 cubic yards of fill ffom Mashpee, <br /> on property located on Falmouth Road, Mashpee, Massachu- <br /> setts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance <br /> with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was <br /> given by publication in the Falmouth Enterprise, a news- <br /> paper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on <br /> July 5, 1983 and July 12, 1983 a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the <br /> Mashpee Town Hall on Wednesday, July 20, 1983, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> at which time the following members of the Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout: Michael Makunas, <br /> Manuel E. Costa Jr. ,and Virginia T. Landry. <br /> Mr. Hartel & Mr. Peters explained to the Board that <br /> it is necessary to remove the fill to properly complete <br /> the landscaping of the project. <br />
