TOWN HALL, MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS 02649 <br /> DECISION <br /> Re: Petition of Atlantic Metropolitan Corporation for a <br /> Special Permit Case #SP-82-5-011 <br /> A petition was filed by Atlantic Metorpolitan Corporation, <br /> successor to First Pennsylvania Mortgage Trust, for a Special <br /> Permit under Section 6.3 of the land Use Regulations for permission <br /> to operate a real estate sales office on premises located on Route 28, <br /> Mashpee Rotary, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with <br /> Massachusetts General laws, Chapter 40A. , Notice was also given <br /> by publishing in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general <br /> circulation In the Town of Mashpee on May 4, 1982, and May 11, 1982, <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall on;.Wednesday, May 19, 1982 at ?130 p.m, at which time the <br /> following members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting <br /> throughouts Michael Makunas, Manuel Costa and Peter Lawrence <br /> Attorney Michael Dunning, representing Atlantic Metropolitan Corpora- <br /> tion, made the presentation to the Board. Attorney Dunning explained <br /> that the office, more commonly known as Cape Realty, would be used for <br /> the purpose of providing a sales headquarters area for the sale of <br /> units at Massasoit Crossing. <br />
