TOWN HALL, MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS 02649 <br /> tgg CO- DECISION <br /> RE, Petitiion of Frederick Jordan for a Variance - Case #V82-6-016 <br /> A Petition was filed by Frederick Jordan, of 8 Hollyway, Mashpee, <br /> Mass., for a Variance requesting permission to vary the minimum sideline <br /> requirement on property located at 8 Hollyway, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Iaws, _Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the <br /> Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of <br /> Mashpee, on June 8, 1982 and June 15, 1982, a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, June 23, 1982, at 7130 p.m. at which time the following <br /> members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughoutt <br /> Michael A. Makunas, Manuel E. Costa, Jr, and Virginia T. Landry. <br /> Mr. Sprinkle representing Mr. Jordan explained his reasons for <br /> varying the minimum sideline requirement. <br />
