Burpee d/b/a SUBWAY <br /> STATION for a Special Permit - Case- SP-82-7-019 <br /> A Petition was filed by Robert J. Cunningham & Robert H. Burpee, <br /> for a Special Permit under Section 6.3 of the Lard Use Regulations <br /> for permission to operate a Sub & Sandwich Shoppe on property located <br /> on Route 28, Merry Meadow By- Way, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Iaws, Chapter 40A. Notice was also given by publishing in the <br /> Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town <br /> of Mashpee on June 29, -1982, and July 6, 1982, a copy of which is <br /> attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town <br /> Hall on Wednesday, July 14, 1982 at 7830 p.m, at which time the <br /> following members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting <br /> throughouti Michael Makunas, Manuel Costa, and Virginia Iandry. , <br /> Mr. Ray Sweeny representing the above made the presentation to the <br /> Board explaining that this sub shop will have carry-out business. <br /> as well as limited eat-in accommodations, and a maximum of four <br /> outdoor tables to be maintained by the Subway Station. <br />
