7. Up to 25 vehicles may be stored or")left on the property between the hours of 9'p.m. and 6 a. m, of the following day in an area located behind Dan & Bills Restaurant Building as designated on the site plan. At no time are any vehicles, trailers, campers, tents, mobile homes, or other similar devices to be used for human habitation or sleeping during the hours of 9 p. m. to 6 a, m. 8. All parking shall be on-site. 9. No music is to be played over loudspeakers. 10. iIh__e petitioner_ hall cform to,and�comply with the existing sign code, with prior approval from the Board of Appeals. 11. All displays, slaes and flea market operation shall be located at the rear of the current site of the Mini-Golf and Ice Cream Shop operations. 12. The applicant shall erect a stockade fence shielding the dumpster or other trash disposal receptacle and the farm tractor or any other equipment used in connection with the maintenance and conduct of the business, so that the same may not be seen from any road or from any abutting property. 13. The applicant shall maintain the site to remove paper, garbage and other debris from the grounds and shall trim all excessive vegetation, meaning grass shall be mowed and ladscaping maintained in a neat and orderly manner, and parking areas and routes of vehicle travel shall be maintained in a neat and hard packed appearance. The site shall be graded so as to maintain a level area pitched to drain away from abutting roads and property and to minimize the pooling of water. There shall be no abrupt changes in grade and all drainage shall be self-conta'iined on flze site. 14. This grant of special permit is not transferable by the applicant except to members of his immediate family, meaning spouse!,and children, and will expire January 1, 1986. The applicant may apply annually thereafter for renewal of this special permit and receive a new grant thereof following public hearing and review of the operation and its impact upon the neighborhood and the general welfare of the inhabitants of the Town and subject to the addition, deletion or modification of the limitations imposed herein. 15. The grant of this special permit is expressly conditioned upon compliance with the limitations and conditions imposed herein and in the event of any alleged violation thereof and subsequent finding by the Board of Appeals, after notice and hearing, that a substantial violation has willfully occurred, this special permit may be rescinded by unanimous vote of the Board of Appeals.
