TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> TOWN HALL, MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS 02649 <br /> RE: Petition of DMC Corporation d/b/a DMC Ice Cream & Sandwich Shoppe <br /> Case #SSP-84-4-012 <br /> A petition was filed by Domenic Caledonia of Falmouth, Massachusetts <br /> for a Special Permit for permission to operate an Ice Cream & Sandwich <br /> Shoppe on property located on Route 28, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the <br /> Falmouth Enterprise a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of <br /> Mashpee on March 20, 1984 and March 27, 1984 a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, April 4, 1984 beginning at .7:30 p.m. at which time the <br /> following members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting <br /> throughout: Manuel Costa Jr. , Michael Malarias and Virginia Landry. <br /> Mr. Caledonia explained to the Board that he is leasing the building <br /> owned by Mr. & Mrs. Wasi1 which was run as an Ice Cream Shoppe before. <br /> There was no opposition to this request. <br /> I <br />
