TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> TOWN HALL, MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS 02649 <br /> rqg ca <br /> RE: Petition of Paul Martick for a Variance Case # V-84-5-020 <br /> A petition was filed by Paul Martick of Mashpee, Massachusetts <br /> for a Variance for permission to vary the minimum front setback required <br /> on property located at 1 Hilltop Road, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with.Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the <br /> Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of <br /> Mashpee on April 17, 1984 and April 24, 1984 a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, May 2, 1984 at 7:30 p. m. at which time the following <br /> members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: <br /> Michael Makunas, Manuel Costa and Virginia Landry. <br /> Mr. Martick explained to the Board that he needs to vary the minimum <br /> front setback 7' due to an error made when the stakes were set. <br />
