MA 02649 <br /> RE: Petition of Bruce Maikath for a Variance Case #V-84-5-019 <br /> A petition was filed by Bruce Maikath of Mashpee, Massachusetts for <br /> a Variance for permission to vary the minimum) sideline setback required <br /> i <br /> on property located on Lot 2003 Mohawk Drive, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the <br /> Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of <br /> Mashpee on April 17, 1984 and April 24, 1984 a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, May 2, 1984 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following <br /> members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: <br /> Michael Malarias, Manuel Costa and Virginia Landry. <br /> Mir. Maikath explained to the Board that the original plot plan did <br /> not show the bulkhead which was added after. He did not know he had a <br /> problem until after the foundation was poured and certified. Mr. Maikath <br /> pointed out that the bulkhead is 11' from the abutting lot. <br /> There was no one in attendance that was in objection regarding this <br /> matter. <br />
