Crowe D/B/A Twice as Nice for a Special Permit <br /> Case # SP-84-5-022 <br /> A Petition was filed by Elvia S. Crowe of Orleans, Massachusetts <br /> for a Special Permit for permission to operate a large size womens ready <br /> to wear clothing store located at the New Seabury Shopping Center, Mashpee <br /> Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the <br /> Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of <br /> Mashpee on May 1, 1984 and May 8, 1984 a copy of which is attached hereto <br /> and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, May 16, 1984 at 7:30 p. m. at which time the following <br /> members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: <br /> Manuel Costa, Virginia Landry, William Hanrahan and Michael Makunas. <br /> Ms. Crowe explained to the Board her plans to open a large size <br /> and half size clothing store at the New Seabury Shopping Center. She <br /> pointed out to the Board that she has been operating a store in Orleans <br /> since 1977. <br />
