TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> TOWN HALL, MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS 02649 <br /> RE: Petition of Falmouth Hospital Foundation, Inc, for a Special Permit <br /> Case # SP-84-6-025 <br /> A petition was filed by Falmouth Hospital Foundation, Inc. of Falmouth <br /> Massachusetts for permission to operate a medical practice on property <br /> located in Building B at Deer Crossing, Route 28, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the <br /> Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of <br /> Mashpee on May 22, 1984 and May 25, 1984 a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, June 6, 1984 at 7:30 p.m, at which time the following <br /> members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: <br /> William Hanrahan, Michael Makunas, Manuel Costa and Virginia Landry. <br /> 4 <br />
