TOWN HALL, MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS 02649 <br /> REs Petition of Rene Douglas (Traditions) for a Special Permit <br /> Case #SP-84-7-094 <br /> A Petition was filed by Rene Douglas of Sandwich, Massachusetts <br /> for a Special Permit for permission to operate a retail gift and <br /> needlework store on property located at Deer Crossing Rt. 28 <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Mass- <br /> A. <br /> t, achusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by pub- <br /> lication in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general <br /> circulatidn in the Town of Mashpee on July 2, 1984 and July 11, <br /> 1984 a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall on Wednesday, July 18, 1984, at 700 p.m, at which <br /> time the following members of the Board of Appeals were present <br /> ' and acting throughouts Manuel Costa, Michael Makunas and Peter <br /> Muse. <br /> Rene and Steven Douglas explained to the Board their plans <br /> to operate a retail gift and needle work store, to be known as <br /> Traditions. <br />
