TOWN HALL, MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS 02649 <br /> r <br /> rye <br /> REi Petition of Wayne Tavares for a Special Permit Case <br /> #SP-84-7-035 <br /> A Petition was filed by Wayne Tavares of Mashpee, Massachusetts <br /> for a Special Permit for permission to operate an Architects <br /> Office on property located at Bowdoin Road and Route 28, Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Mass- <br /> achusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publica- <br /> tion in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation <br /> in the Town of Mashpee on July.�2 & July 11, 1984 a copy of which <br /> is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall on Wednesday, August 1, 1984 at 7130 p.m, at which time <br /> ' the following members of the Board of Appeals were present and <br /> acting throughout: Manuel Costa, Michael Makunas and William <br /> Hanrahan. <br /> Mr. Tavares explained to the Board that he would like to <br /> allow an architects office for a tenant on the property. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board voted unamimously <br /> to grant the Special Permit to operate an architects office for a <br /> tenant. <br />
