' TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> TOWN HALL, MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS 02649 <br /> 9, <br /> RE: Petition of Louise Behrman for a Variance Case #V-84-9-040 <br /> A Petition was filed by Louise Behrman of Woods Hole, <br /> Massachusetts for a Variance for permission to vary the 40 foot <br /> set back required on property located at 823/824/825/826, Algonquin <br /> Ave. , Johns Pond, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with <br /> Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by <br /> publication in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general <br /> circulation in the Town of Mashpee on September 5, & September <br /> 12, 1984, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part <br /> hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town <br /> Hall on Wednesday, September 19, 1984, at 7130 p.m, at which time <br /> the following members of the Board of Appeals were present and <br /> acting throughouti Michael Makunas, William Hanrahan and Peter <br /> Lawrence. <br /> Ms. Behrman explained that she wanted to build an entry way <br /> and one car garage, and that she would need a variance of 7 foot <br /> 6 inches. <br />
