-3- <br /> The following conditions are adopted as part of the vote of approval and <br /> as a condition thereof. <br /> 1. An office may be located in the mini warehouse to be used exclusively <br /> for the on premises management and sales of the mini warehouse <br /> business. <br /> 2. One set of living quarters may be maintained on the premises <br /> exclusively for the residence of the individual who is to provide <br /> security for the warehouse. This living quarters may be for the <br /> manager, but there shall not be allowed separate living quarters <br /> for a manager and a security person. <br /> 3. There may be outside storage of boats, trailers,and recreational <br /> vehicles behind the buildings. Any such storage must be screened <br /> by the planting of evergreen type shrubbery or trees so that <br /> the items stored outside are not visible from any place outside <br /> of the parameter of the lot of the petitioner. This screening <br /> must be maintained at all times throughout the year and this <br /> provision must be strictly maintained at all times by the applicant. <br /> 4. The applicant may remove any excess fill as required in his project, <br /> but the same shall not be removed from the Town. The applicant <br /> is not allowed to operate a business for the sale of fill. The <br /> only fill allowed to be removed is that which is necessary to <br /> bring the property into compliance with the drawings as submitted <br /> to the Design Review Committee and reviewed by the Board. <br /> 5. No building permit may be issued until a bond of $10,000.00 is <br /> posted by the applicant to secure compliance with the landscaping <br /> requirements shown on the plan submitted as approved by the <br /> Board. This bond shall be secured by a $10,000.00 cash deposit, <br /> or such other security other than cash as may be approved by <br /> the Town Counsel in writing. The bond shall provide that all <br /> landscape work shall be done within one (1) year from the date <br /> of approval of the Special Permit. The bond shall be released <br /> upon compliance with the construction of all landscaping shown <br /> on the approved plan and upon the written verification of the <br /> Building Inspector that compliance has taken place, and by vote <br /> of the Board to release the bond. The form of the bond to be <br /> signed by the petitioner is annexed hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> 6. It is a requirement of this Special Permit that all landscape work <br /> shall be completed within one (1) year from the date of approval <br /> of this Special Permit. In the event that grass, trees or shrubbery <br /> planted by the petitioner dies or fails to grow or otherwise ceases <br /> to exist at any time hereafter, the applicant will be required <br /> to replant the same and maintain the premises at all times in <br /> conformity with the landscape design shown on the approved <br /> plan, with living materials. This requirement is made an express <br /> part of the continuing approval of this Special Permit and in <br /> the event the petitioner fails to maintain the premises in conformity <br /> , <br />
