Felger for Special <br /> Permit Case #SP-84-10-043 <br /> A Petition was filed by Harry P. and Rosemary S. Felger <br /> t <br /> for a Special Permit for permission to construct a dock in <br /> excess of 45 ' on property located at Lot 18, Tide Run Road, <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with <br /> Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by <br /> publication in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general <br /> circulation in the Town of Mashpee on September 19, 1984 and <br /> September 26, 1984 a copy of which is attached hereto and <br /> made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall on Wednesday, November 7, 1984, at 7 : 30 p.m, at <br /> a <br /> which time the following members of the Board of Appeals were <br /> present and acting throughout: Michael Makunas, William Hanrahan <br /> and Peter Muse. <br /> Mr. Kirrane explained that this matter has gone before <br /> the Conservation Committee, the Conservation Commission has <br /> been overruled by DEQE, the matter is currently pending the <br /> Water Ways Division and Army Corps of Engineers. Mr. Kirrane <br /> felt that the zoning requirements with respect to accessory uses <br /> have been complied with. <br />
