Willis for Variance Case #V-84-10-044
1.
A Petition was filed by Geoffrey A. Willis of Mashpee, Mass-
achusetts for a Variance for permission to vary the 15 foot set-
back on property located on Lot 101 , Sunset Circle, Mashpee, Mass-
achusetts.
Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Mass-
achusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publica-
tion in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation
in the Town of Mashpee on September 19, & September 26, 1984 a
copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee
Town Hall on Wednesday, October 3, 1984, at 7x30 p.m, at which
time the following members of the Board of Appeals were present
and acting throughouti Michael Makunas, William Hanrahan and
Peter Muse.
Mr. Willis explained he needed a variance of 5 foot to be
` able to build at 10 feet rather than the 15 foot requirement.
The shape of the land was determined to be the hardship.
This project must be entirely completed within one (1 )
year and 20 days of the filing of this decision with the Clerk.
(
«
r.
