DeLauri of Falmouth, <br /> Massachusetts for a Special Permit for permission to operate <br /> a Physical Therapy practice on property located at Route 28, <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with <br /> Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by <br /> publication in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general <br /> I ' <br /> circulation in the Town of Mashpee on September 5. & September <br /> 12, 1984, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part <br /> hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall on Wednesday, September 19, 1984, at 7:30 p.m. at <br /> which time the following members of the Board of Appeals were <br /> I , <br /> present and acting throughout: Michael Makunas, William Hanrahan, <br /> and Peter Lawrence. <br /> Mr. DeLauri explained that this was a medical facility and <br /> that about 99% of the patients would be refered to him by <br /> physicians. <br /> I � <br />
