TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> TOWN HALL, MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS 02649 <br /> DECISION <br /> ryg CA- <br /> RE: Petition for Golds My Bag for a Special Permit Case <br /> #SP-84-11-047 <br /> A Petition was filed by Golds My Bag of Mashpee, Mass- <br /> achusetts for a Special Permit for permission to operate a <br /> retail jewelry store on property located at Deer Crossing, <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Mass- <br /> achusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by <br /> publication in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general <br /> circulation in the Town of Mashpee on October 24, 1984 and <br /> October 31 , 1984 a copy of which is attached hereto and made <br /> a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall on Wednesday, November 7, 1984, at 7:30 p.m, at <br /> which time the following members of the Board of Appeals were <br /> present and acting throughout: Michael Makunas, Manuel Costa <br /> and William Hanrahan. <br /> Diane Pettingill explained that she wanted to operate a <br /> retail jewelry store. The Board felt there would be no problem <br /> with granting the Special Permit. <br />
