Connolly represented Ms. Manning on this matter.
Mr. Connolly explained that due to a change in the zoning the
lot was now non conforming. This property has been owned for ten
years. Doug Boyd told the Board that on the old zoning map it
was R-1 . After the Board viewed the plans they found the hardship
to be the topography of the land. The Board felt they could grant
a Variance that allows the setback of 27. 59' .
