L <br /> TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> TOWN HALL, MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS 02649 <br /> DECISION <br /> RE% Petition for Mashpee Shores Realty Trust for a Variance <br /> Case #v-84-11-052 <br /> A Petition was filed by Mashpee Shores Realty Trust of Mashpee, <br /> for a Variance for permission to vary the 40 , setback requirements <br /> on property located on 16 Redwood Circle, Mashpee Shores, Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Mass- <br /> achusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by <br /> publication in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general <br /> circulation in the Town of Mashpee on November 7, 1984 and <br /> November 14, 1984 a c6py of which is attached hereto and made <br /> a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee <br /> i . Town Hall on Wednesday, November 21 , 1984 at 700 p.m. at <br /> which time the following members of the Board of Appeals were <br /> present and acting throughout% William Hanrahan, Peter Muse and <br /> Thomas Sexton. <br /> Mr. Sullivan represented Mashpee Shores in this matter. <br /> Mr. Sullivan is the trustee. He explained that there had been <br /> an error made by the engineer and they would need a Variance of <br /> it inches and allow the setback to be 39. 1 ' rather than the 40 , <br /> requirement. <br />
