i <br /> TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> TOWN HALL, MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS 02649 <br /> PAg DECISION <br /> RE: Petition for Concepts Unlimited, Inc, for a Special Permit <br /> Case #SP-84-11-049 <br /> A Petition was filed by Concepts Unlimited, Inc. for a <br /> Special Permit for permission to operate Administrative offices <br /> and light stitching operations on property located on Rt. 28, <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Mass- <br /> achusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by <br /> Publication in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general <br /> circulation' in the Town of, 'Mashpee on ,November 7, 1984 and <br /> November 14, 1984 a copy of which is attached hereto and made <br /> a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall on Wednesday, November 21 , 1984 at 7:30 p.m. at <br /> which time the following members of the Board of Appeals were <br /> present and acting throughout: William Hanrahan, Peter Muse and <br /> Thomas Sexton. <br /> Mr. Hexter explained he had an operation in Cataumet also. <br /> At the operation in Mashpee he intended it to be sales and market- <br /> ing some light stitching and would need four (4) machines. UPS <br /> _ would do the pick-ups. This operation would involve two floors <br /> the basement and the floor above. The Boards feeling was that <br /> this would be an excellent use. <br />
