Thompson-Mass for a Special Permit <br /> Case ##SP-84-11-053 <br /> A Petition was filed by Judith D. Thompson-Mass of Hyannis <br /> for a Special Permit for permission to operate a Hair & Beauty <br /> Salon on property located at Deer Crossing, Bldg. D, Shop 6, <br /> Rt. 28, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Mass- <br /> achusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by <br />" publication in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general <br /> circulation in the Town of Mashpee on November 7, 1984 and <br /> November 14, 1984 a copy of which is attached hereto and made <br /> a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall on Wednesday, November 21 , 1984 at 7 :30 p.m. at <br /> which time the following members of the; Board of Appeals were <br /> present and acting throughout: William Hanrahan, Peter Muse and <br /> ' Thomas Sexton. <br /> Ms. Thompson-Mass explained that at the salon they would <br /> be doing hair, nails and make-up. The Board felt there would be <br /> no problem with granting the Special Permit. <br />
