Wickstrom for a Special Permit <br /> Case #84-11-051 <br /> A Petition was filed by Clifford J. Wickstrom of South <br /> Harwich, Massachusetts for a Special Permit for permission to <br /> operate a warehouse for the sale, distribution of masonry and <br /> drywall materials on property located at 12 Echo Road, Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Mass- <br /> achusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by <br /> publication in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general <br /> circulation in the Town of Mashpee on November 7, 1984 and <br /> November 14, 1984 a copy of which is attached hereto and made <br /> a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall on Wednesday, `December :5, 1984, at 700 p.m, at <br /> which time the following members of the Board of Appeals were <br /> present and acting throughout: William Hanrahan, Peter Muse, <br /> and Thomas Sexton. <br /> Members of the Board viewed this property and felt that <br /> the Special Permit could be granted subject to Mr. Wickstrom <br /> conforming to the parking requirements of the Town. <br />
