oA ' <br /> TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> TOWN HALL, MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS 02649 <br /> DECISION <br /> rgg CA- <br /> RE: Petition of Gordon & Betty Perry for a Variance Case <br /> #84-12-055 <br /> A Petition was filed by Gordon & Betty Perry of Fairport, <br /> N.Y. for a Variance for permission to vary the sideline setback <br /> required on property located at South Waterline Drive, South <br /> Mashpee, Littlemeck Bay, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Mass- <br /> achusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by <br /> publication in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general <br /> circulation in the Town of Mashpee on November 21 , 1984 and <br /> November 28, 1984 a copy of which is attached hereto and made <br /> a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee <br />- . Town Hall on Wednesday, December 5, 1984, at 730 p.m, at <br /> which time the following members of the Board of Appeals were <br /> present and acting throughout: Michael Makunas, William Hanrahan <br /> and Peter Muse. <br /> Mr. Willis of Willis Construction Co. explained that due to <br /> the way the house is turned and also an engineering error he <br /> s- needed a variance of 13 inches or 1. 1 feet. <br /> i <br /> 't. <br />
