Notice was given by <br /> publication in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general <br /> circulation in the Town of Mashpee on November 21 , 1984 and <br /> November 28, 1984 a copy of which is attached hereto and made <br /> a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee <br />- . Town Hall on Wednesday, December 5, 1984, at 730 p.m, at <br /> which time the following members of the Board of Appeals were <br /> present and acting throughout: Michael Makunas, William Hanrahan <br /> and Peter Muse. <br /> Mr. Willis of Willis Construction Co. explained that due to <br /> the way the house is turned and also an engineering error he <br /> s- needed a variance of 13 inches or 1. 1 feet. <br /> i <br /> 't. <br />
