7. Up to 25 vehicles may be stored or left on '''3e property between <br /> the hours of 9 p. m. and 6 a,m. of the followini day in an area located <br /> behind Dan & Bills Restaurant Building as designated on the site plan. <br /> At no time are any vehicles, trailers, campers, tents, mobile homes, <br /> or other similar devices to be used for human habitation or sleeping <br /> during the hours of 9 p, m. to 6 a. m. <br /> 8. All parking shall be on-site. <br /> 9. No music is to be played over loudspeakers. <br /> 10. The petitioae= shall conform to and comply with the existing sign <br /> code, with prior approval from the Board of Appeals. <br /> 11. All displays, slaes and flea market operation shall be located at the <br /> rear of the current site of the Mini-Golf and Ice Cream Shop operations. <br /> 12. The applicant shall erect a stockade fence'ceshielding the dumpster <br /> or other trash disposal receptacle and the farm tractor or any other <br /> equipment used in connection with the maintenance and conduct of the <br /> business, so that the same may not be seen from any road or from any <br /> abutting property. <br /> 13. The applicant shall maintain the site to remove paper, garbage and <br /> other debris from the grounds and shall trim all excessive vegetation, <br /> meaning grass shall be mowed and ladscaping maintained in a neat and <br /> orderly manner, and parking areas and routes of vehicle travel shall be <br /> maintained in a neat and hard packed appearance. The site shall <br /> be graded so as to maintain a level area pitched to drain away from <br /> abutting roads and property and to minimize the pooling of water. There <br /> shall be no abrupt changes in grade and all drainage shall be self-contained <br /> on the site. <br /> 14. This grant of special permit is not transferable by the applicant <br /> except to members of his immediate family, meaning spouse and <br /> children, and will expire January 1, 1986. The applicant may apply <br /> annually thereafter for renewal of this special permit and receive a <br /> new grant thereof following public hearing and review of the operation <br /> and its impact upon the neighborhood and the general welfare of the, <br /> inhabitants of the Town and subject to the addition, deletion or modification <br /> of the limitations imposed herein. <br /> 15. The grant of this special permit is expressly conditioned upon <br /> compliance with the limitations and conditions imposed herein and in <br /> the event of any alleged violation thereof and subsequent finding by the <br /> Board of Appeals, after notice and hearing, that a substantial violatio;1 <br /> has willfully occurred, this special permit may be rescinded by <br /> unanimous vote of the Board of Appeals. <br />
