WHEREFORE, Plaintiff prays that: <br /> 1. This Court enter an Order pursuant to M.G.L. c. <br /> 40A, § 17 annulling the Decision insofar as it imposes <br /> Conditions 1, 2,'A, ' 5, 13 and 14 set forth therein; <br /> 2. The Court remand this matter to the Board for <br /> issuance of a special permit which imposes only reasonable <br /> and lawful conditions on the use of the Property as a flea <br /> market; <br /> 3 . The Court enter a declaration pursuant to M.G.L. <br /> c. 231A that the Provision is inapplicable to the use of <br /> the Property as a flea market; <br /> 4 . The Court enter an Order that Plaintiff be autho- <br /> rized to continue the operation of its flea market on the <br /> Property under such terms and conditions as the Court deems <br /> fair and equitable pending resolution of this matter; <br /> 5.
